PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Our team deploys routine preventive maintenance programmes for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems of various equipment makes. We take into account the overall plant type, its design / main serving purpose and age which ensures that the equipment operates as it was intended, minimises energy costs, and maximises its life. Capitial & Coast HVAC Limited technicians advise of their attendance prior to arriving at the customers site, are courteous and considerate of staff, and leave the site clean after attendance.
